Generators Plus installed a Generac Guardian 16/15KW standby Generator with a 100 amp automatic transfer switch and 16 circuit sub panel May 2008. We couldn't be happier with their work ethics, dependability, and knowledge of the product. We also have a maintenance contract with them and they always arrive on schedule to service the generator.

Just a note to say thank you for an outstanding product. We are in day six of a total power outage from the New England ice storm. Last Thursday evening the power went out, the generator started and restored power within 30 seconds and we have been running 24/7 since. It powers up the whole house and at one point we had six adults, three kids, five dogs and one cat enjoying the benefits of your product. (We had two families move in with us to ride out the outage.) Its is an outstanding product that I would not be with out and I highly recommend. Thanks again.

We purchased our Guardian Generator From Denis Roy of Generators Plus in 2007. We also purchased a maintenance contract. We have found both the product and service from the company to be excellent. The generator has served us well during power outages. The maintenance of the product per the contract has been exceptional.

After moving to Florida the best investment we made was getting a generator. Denis Roy did the installation, he not only installed, he educated, spent time, and was very thorough. After that he followed up...not what you get from most companies. We have since had him install outdoor lighting, fans, a whole house surge protector, etc. When we need electrical work done...we call Denis...he is dependable, trustworthy, careful and respectful.
